With a hands-on background in flooring installation, hardwood sand and refinish work, and project management, Silas understands every stage of the process from the ground up. His experience in the field gives him a unique perspective and allows him to anticipate challenges before they arise, helping projects stay on schedule and meet the highest standards of quality.
As Project Manager, Silas coordinates installers, manages timelines, communicates with clients, and ensures every detail is executed with care. His combination of technical expertise, organization, and problem-solving skills helps create a smooth experience for both our team and our customers.

Joey is the engine behind the scenes that keeps everything moving at Après Flooring. From ordering materials and managing inventory to preparing installers for upcoming projects, he plays a critical role in ensuring every job is set up for success.
With years of flooring industry experience, Joey understands the products, processes, and details that go into a quality installation. He works closely with our contractors to coordinate ordering, receiving, and job preparation, making sure the right materials are in the right place at the right time.
